Accepted Payment

Advance Payment and Cash on Delivery are currently the only accepted forms of payment on  CAli*MA Art Gallery.


Shipping and Delivery Information

You may have your product delivered to your home via our shipping company. You are required to pay the delivery fees in all cases (new orders, refunds, cancelled orders in delivery phase). We deliver orders on normal business days, which are Sunday through Thursday excluding Egyptian national holidays. Inaccurate order information such as billing or shipping addresses may result in delays. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses. If you refuse the delivery of an item for reasons other than the item being incorrect, you agree to pay the shipping charges incurred and specified on the invoice.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returns and Refunds

We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Place Order button) until the product is received and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your product, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase at our own discretion within the same day of the delivery date. For returns and exchanges please send an us an email first.

All claims of incorrect shipment/billing or requests for returns must be made on the same day of delivery. The value of the returned product shall not include any shipping charges. A copy of the customer’s purchase invoice must be included with all returns. All items must be returned complete and in their original selling condition with the original packaging. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. The customer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges, also for any customs taxes or any additional fees applied by his or her country.

We currently do not offer international returns, refunds or exchanges.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, photography files, or gift cards.
